Terms and Conditions

To secure your booking we require a completed booking form and a deposit which is $250 for 1 week (2 or more weeks: $200 per week) or equivalent amount in GB or Euros), and the balance is due 6 weeks before check-in.

Restrictions

There is absolutely no smoking on the premises and no pets are permitted on the premises.

Rental Period and Occupancy

Check in time is 4pm or later on the arrival date. Check out time is 10am or earlier on the departure date. Early arrival or late departure times may be available, subject to availability, charges may be applicable.
The property may only be occupied by a maximum of 8 persons and is restricted to those persons listed on the booking form.
It may, on occasion, be necessary for staff, to enter the premises in order to perform routine maintenance or repairs.

Rental Payment

Full payment for rental will be made no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival date. If payment is not received, your reservation will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.

Late Bookings

For bookings made within eight weeks of the Arrival Date full payment of the Rental Amount and the Security Deposit is required at the time of booking.

Security Damage Deposit

A credit card number may be required for reservations to act as a Security damage deposit. This credit card number will be charged to cover extra accommodation costs, loss or damage to the rental property in excess of normal wear and tear during the period of rental. Guests will be notified within 30 days of any charges made to the card. Alternative arrangements may apply for a security deposit. This will be
advised at time of reservation.

The property should be left clean and undamaged. If the property is not left in a suitable condition, it may be necessary to charge the security deposit for costs to cover extra cleaning.

Any clear breach of the terms and conditions could result in the forfeit of the security deposit.

Liability Limitations

Homeowners accept no responsibility or liability for personal injury, death or loss of personal items while staying in the property. Homeowners accept no responsibility or liability for failure of equipment in the rental property, After notification of equipment failure, we will rectify the problem in a reasonable and timely manner.

Cancellation

All cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following penalties:
More than 6 weeks before arrival date = Loss of Booking Deposit
Between 4 and 6 weeks before arrival date = 50% of rental amount
Less than 4 weeks before arrival date = 100% of rental amount

Code of Conduct

Parents must at all times, supervise children when using pool facilities and the facilities of the development and abide by the rules of the Windsor Hills Community
